Do you charge for onsite consultations?
For simple repairs, we provide transparent estimates online or via phone call. For complex structural remodeling or custom kitchen layout designs, we charge a nominal diagnostic consultation fee which is fully credited toward your final project invoice if you proceed.
What is your emergency dispatch policy?
We currently do not offer 24/7 emergency dispatch, but we schedule urgent leaks, roof tarping, and drywall patching requests with priority priority, usually securing bookings within 24 hours.
